Finance management
Judit Baschán
I am an optimistic person who thinks smile is sometimes worth more than any word.
This attitude has often helped me to make the best out of life. I am able to consider, understand and analyse situations from many perspectives, and also found the system in the chaos.
As a finance specialist, not only I find the system in the world of numbers, but I also provide safety and support my colleagues so they can focus on their tasks. Focusing on small details and giving unnoticed solution to their everyday tasks makes their work fluent. Being a valuable and integral part of a good team is a reward in itself and encourages me to grow. The work environment at OP Partner that is built on trust and communication, helps me doing my job responsibly and efficiently and contributing to the success of the company.
The family is the centre of my life. My husband and I guide our two sons to find their way in their lives and in the world of social relationships, letters and numbers. We are trying to answer to their uncountable questions in order to satisfy their unending desire for knowledge.
What makes me relaxed: family, making cookies, nature, gathering experiences together and last but not least, being together and for each other.

Credo
As a consultant through the development of individuals, teams and organisations I strive to contribute to the creation of better, more livable and human workplaces. As we spend a considerable part of our lives at the workplace the way we behave and treat each other will impact both individual and organisational performance. If we talk about the real issues, listen to each other and express our concerns the energy necessary for changes will be created.

Credo:
As both a researcher and a developer, I have a curiosity about what different people and organisations can do with each other. What opportunities, energies or even, stucks and tensions they create for each other, how they limit and support each other. In my work I strive to support the understanding and development of both sides.
About my work as a consultant:
In my professional work, I am "two-faced": I have an academic teaching/research side and a consulting/organizational development side. I graduated from the University of Economics in '91, stayed on to do a Phd and teach in leadership-organizational and human resource management. Then slowly another me was born and grew: we founded OD Partner and I've been working there ever since. I enjoy, and consider it a rare gift, to be able to connect to the domestic business "reality" in multiple, mutually supportive professional roles in my work.
As a consultant I work in expert, trainer and coach roles. In all of my roles, my starting point is to be personable, open, to courageously raise substantive issues and to join forces to solve them. For me, it is the coaching type of supportive situations that bring the most intense development experiences.
As a researcher, I deal with current, everyday issues that determine the success and effectiveness of individuals and organisations: career, work-life, generational issues, the role of HR, mentoring. I report on my research at www.odkutato.hu.
About me:
A couple of years ago I became aware that I was entering a new phase in my life. We had three grown children and we were proud to let them go. I'm trying to learn more again - speech techniques, knitting, meditation - to prepare my body for the less than inspiring process of ageing - daily swimming, exercise, SUP, cycling. We travel a lot, hike, read, go to the theatre, I also feed my inner philosopher and astronomer when I can. When I'm inspired, I like to write, which is how I came up with a series of blogs about my family's year in England: http://blogndon.blogspot.hu

Credo
I work as a consultant because I want to have an impact on others and myself. I want to become who I am.more and more. This is what I can support others with. What I love the most is to contribute to taking responsibility in everyone’s own life. In each difficult situation, in each conflict there is the realization: I am responsible for my life.
Professional interest and background:
I want to support every change process that is managed by a leader who really wants something, who is committed to the truth and who doesn’t stop, even when s/he realizes that s/he is part of the problem as well. I prefer to work with senior leaders/senior management, because their personal change has the greatest impact on their organization.
My most important professional inspiration:
- 1. Supervision - I lead/manage individual and team coaching processes as a supervisor. Since 2000 I’ve worked with more than 200 leaders in individual or team processes.
- 2. Experiental learning - as an outdoor trainer, I often create challenging situations for groups. These shared experiences are inexhaustible sources of learning.
- 3. Gestalt – here and now.
About me
In my job, I can seek and represent the truth, and take risks because there is a place where I can start from and always return to: my family.
I am from Angyalföld. I always say this when I swear or say something roughly or directly. Instead of professionals books, I am inspired by literature, movies and conversations with friends.
I run, snowboard and do yoga.

Organizational development consultant, partner
Anita Frisch
Credo
My most important goal is to support groups and individuals in working more openly, honestly and personally. To be able to develop, we have to say if we do not know something and we have to find out that our knowledge, convictions and beliefs are never unquestionable. The more often we question them and the more often we are open to novelties, the more we move forward. The cynicism of my twenties has been replaced by a more positive and constructive approach, lately I am most excited about using Appreciative Inquiry in supporting organizational change processes. Generally, in my work and in my private life, it is becoming increasingly important for me to notice and utilize strengths - at least as much as to solve problems.
Professional experience
I have been working as a consultant at OD Partner since 2000. In the past few years I mostly like to manage complex organizational development projects, talent programs and individual and group coaching processes. I prefer to work in situations where I can work in long-term customer relationship and in a good atmosphere of trust.
Private
There is a part of everyday life that is nothing special, everyday routine: making dinner, dinner with family, reading a tale, sending the kid to bed.The best days are those, when I can live the magic of these things too. I seem to be extroverted, but it feels good when I can focus inward in my free time. I passionately love reading, if I have no time for it, I listen to audiobooks in the car. Allegedly, who can play bridge will not have a problem when retired - I do not know that, but I really love this game, especially with my customary, beloved partners.

Csaba Kis-Kopárdi
Credo
I love to create situations that potentially involve learning and development: for both myself and others around me.
I work by crossing borders, focusing on solutions, by experiential, indoor and outdoor methods. I love to discover what goes beyond the habits, traditions, and patterns of the past. I believe, that change comes from the topics and questions which creates strong emotional reactions within. This is where we find our motivation and our energy to shape our behavior, our decisions, our self.
About my professional work
I came from the field of social work professional to the world of organization development and trainings- constantly looking for better and more effective development methods. At the beginning I’ve worked with youth with behavior problems, then with professional youth workers, later with leaders, managemments, then supporting complex organizational transformations.
I used to work in the non-profit sector, working with civil organizations then approaching the business world. If I look at my own professional journey, extreme outdoor experiences and methods are blended with solution-oriented coaching: strong experiences with strong questions.
About me
I believe in crossing our borders, which I experience through rock climbing. This is a flow experience when I stretch my own borders, where the next step is at your fingertips and nothing else is important, nothing else exists.
I'm looking for impulses, connections, to others, to the world, to myself. I enjoy the process of any development, my own, and others too, so I occasionally continue to work with non-profit clients as well.

Organizational development consultant
Sándor Kubicskó
Credo
I believe in naturalness and freedom, which to me means that we feel good and perform well if we were able to be who we really are. Therefore I try to create situations where everyone can be oneself and where we work with reality, even if it is hard, stressful or on the contrary, light and easy for me and my clients.
About my professional work
All kinds of experiences and knowledge shaped the way I work now. Before I started to work with OD Partner in 2013, I had been working for years in Hungarian and international non-profit organizations in educational and cultural fields as a trainer and developer. I supported families living on subsistance wage; international artists and performing arts groups; business executives and various functional groups of market leader organizations - all in change processes.
In OD Partner, I work as an individual- and team coach, and trainer. I work mainly with leaders, but I also like to work with employee groups. I consider myself a consultant with a systemic approach, so I work with interactions and how things and people impact each other. During my work, I largly rely on the methodology of experiential learning, which I learned at Hungarian and international (USA, Portugal) courses.
About me:
Art and creation are parts of my life, both as a creator and as a member of the audience. I play on stringed and percussion instruments as an amateur and I like live concerts and theater.
I am the father of two girls which is the greatest learning course and the most important source of joy in my life.

Simon Kulcsár
Credo:
When I was in high school and I was thinking about where I wanted to go, I was sure of one thing: I wanted to work with people, I wanted to help. This desire led me to psychology and through it to the world of leadership and organisational development.
I believe that in order to be able to help effectively, it is necessary to approach each other with openness and listening, to connect and understand each other. This provides the basis for working together to unlock the potential in individuals, teams and organisations, step by step, so that together we can achieve a more balanced, effective and healthy state of being.
Professional interests and background:
I graduated as a psychologist at ELTE, specialising in work and organisational psychology during my Master's degree, and wrote both my research and applied thesis on the topic of leadership/management. I started working at OD Partners during my studies, so after one and a half years of intensive internship experience I was able to join as a consultant.
I am most interested in the cognitive direction in psychology (cognitive behavioural therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness, conscious self-awareness, etc.) and plan to further my training in this area.
Personal:
I like to be outdoors, I hike and play football regularly. When I'm not outside I spend my free time reading (mostly sci-fi or psychology books) or socialising.

Office manager
Viktória Nagy
As an office manager, I have a varied job and no two days are the same.Helping the OD Partner team from behind the scenes helps me to understand my own operations. In my work and in my personal life, I have always taken the optimistic, happy-go-lucky role.
For years, I considered myself an extroverted person, but I am realising more and more how important it is to connect with myself and create space and time for that. I do this as a mother of a preschool girl and owner of a dachshund.
I have been folk dancing since I was a child and I consider myself lucky that this world still plays an important role in my life.

Credo:
I've been fascinated by people's stories since I was a little kid, and I understand that one of our most powerful drivers is to make a mark, to live the ability to shape and influence our own lives and the world. I believe that for this to happen, it is essential to be 'connected to reality' - to the authenticity of ourselves and then to the authenticity of others. It is my mission to support my clients and customers on this journey, whether as an individual, a team or an organisation.
For me, as a cosultant and psychologist, "being in touch with reality" also means being fully present with the person I am working with. To sense what is happening "here and now", to react, to report back with empathy. To communicate honestly, without games, about reality. And also that in these I have to fail, and then to acknowledge my limits, my mistakes as well.
Professional background:
I studied psychology at ELTE and later at BME, specialising in work and organisational psychology during my Master's degree. In recent years, I have been working as a consultant and trainer, delivering skills training, executive selection and development programmes. I have had the opportunity to work with collaborative teams, facilitate workshops and produce digital learning materials. In addition to my role as an organisational development consultant, I work with my individual clients as a psychologist. Psychodrama as an approach plays an important role in my life and I am close to the Gestalt approach. I believe in combining different methods and in continuous development, so I try to learn online, in workshops and trainings.
Personal:
A heart-to-heart with friends, a Sunday family lunch, learning about a new culture, volunteering, that gets me out of my own bubble. A good movie or theatre experience. And sometimes, when I run out of "social battery", I cling to running, yoga and most of all dance.

Angéla Szabó
Credo
As a consultant I would like to help individuals and groups to become capable of telling themselves why they do what they do. I believe it is always possible to create ways of workings that everyone finds acceptable and are efficient. I work to help others believe in this and implement these new ways. I enjoy bringing closer people who have percieved or real distances between them, because better understanding of each other contributes to better performance, a better sense of well-being and even a better world.
Professional interest, background
It had a great impact on me when I realized around the age of 17 that we can learn not only in school, but also from each other, from our own experience and through understanding the world around us. Since then, I have been working on the development of people through team work. I think it is important to understand the individual’s viewpoint too, so I am constantly working on deepening my knowledge of the related methods. My work is most pleasurable to me when we can attend to the development of both the individuals' and the groups' and when I can pass on to my clients my conviction that good performance and well-being are mutually supportive pillars.
Private
Yoga always reminds me of the essence of continuous development in small steps. I can experience the joy of creation in my work and by cooking. Active social life and being alone and focus inward are equally important for me. I like to remind myself of the diversity of the world, the best way to do this is travelling and sometimes doing something very different than in everyday life. Therefore, sometimes I work in the non -profit sector and in event management.

Credo
I was never satisfied with „what is” – not since my teenage years.. I believed and I still believe that it could be different, it could be better. My aim is to help people, couples, groups, organizations or society to be better, to be different. I like to see in everything, in everyone, what it can become: the potential, the chance. And I like to help in realizing these. I like it even more when I see somebody reach his/her limits or even exceed them. (In this way, limits can become take-off points.) And I like to help in these: to pay attention, to be present, to reflect, to support, to accept where she/he is on his/her way and to provide those conditions which are necessary to unfold his/her own internal resources, with increasing awareness and self-knowledge. I believe the organization is determined by its own internal conditions and its interaction with the surrounding environment. I think we can help its flowering the most with acceptance and with an attitude that perceives its needs. We can not set a straight path for it- as there is no straight path- but we can support it to find its own optimal way and process of development.
Professional interest
I graduated as a psychologist at Eötvös Loránd University. Since 2015 I take part in a humanistic approach based training too. Before, after, beside and during these, I am open to the world and I seize the opportunities and situations when I can learn. I participate and participated at workshops, trainings, courses, conferences and so on.
